As I was kicking up leaves on the park this morning whilst walking the mob I was thinking about how lucky I was in where I lived.
2 miles from the centre of England's 6th largest city, yet only 3 miles in the other direction and I am in the Derbyshire Peak District.
With scenes like this on my doorstep it makes me wonder sometimes why I waited so long to come back to the city I grew up in.
